About This Role
Air Arabia is seeking an experienced First Officer A320 to join their flight operations team based in Sharjah, UAE. The airline is a leading low-cost carrier in the Middle East operating scheduled passenger services across the region. Candidates must have a minimum of 4000 hours total flight time with an appropriate ATPL license and valid Class 1 Medical Certificate. This role offers the opportunity to work for a dynamic, growing airline with exposure to quality assurance, safety, and security procedures in a professional operating environment.
Requirements
- Valid ATPL license (Appropriate ATPL License is a must)
- Minimum 4000 hours total flight time
- A320 experience preferred
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Pass technical/psychometric assessment for pilots
- Training in safety and emergency response (formal qualification advantageous)
- Basic airport security procedures and regulations training (advantageous)
- Crew Resources Management Training (advantageous)
- IATA security principles and standards (advantageous)
- Proficient in aircraft systems and Microsoft Office
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in technical report writing and presentations
- Very good English language proficiency
- Industry knowledge in aircraft systems and operating procedures
- Knowledge to handle security or safety-related roles
- Exposure to QA/Safety/Security/Audit procedures
- Capable of implementing policies, procedures, and manuals per approved standards
- Able to perform in changing environment with heavy workload
- Composed, self-confident, focused personality
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills
