About This Role
flyadeal, a Saudi Arabian low-cost carrier, is seeking an experienced First Officer to join their A320 flight deck operations based in Jeddah. The role involves assisting the Captain in aircraft control and ensuring safe, reliable air travel for passengers and crew, with the responsibility to assume command if the Captain becomes incapacitated. Candidates must hold a minimum of 1500 hours on turbojet aircraft with FMC/EFIS/glass cockpit equipment, a valid GACA or ICAO CPL license, and current A320 type rating. This position is restricted to Saudi nationals only, with strict age and medical requirements. Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the Captain in aircraft control and operation
- Ensure safe and reliable air travel for passengers and crew
- Assume command responsibility if the Captain becomes incapacitated
- Conduct flight operations in accordance with company procedures and regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 1500 hours total flying time on turbojet aircraft with FMC, EFIS, or glass cockpit equipment
- Current and valid GACA or ICAO CPL license
- Current A320 type rating or equivalent turbojet aircraft over 30 tons
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate issued by GACA or ICAO member state
- No record of flight accident
- Maximum age of 50 years at date of joining
- Saudi National (mandatory)
- English language proficiency
