Air Arabia Group is recruiting First Officers for A320 operations in their Argentina & Chile expansion. Requires minimum 800 hours on A320 with ATPL or CPL with Frozen ATPL. Experience with low-cost carriers is highly desirable.
Requirements
- Valid ATPL license or CPL with Frozen ATPL
- Minimum 800 hours flying on Airbus A320 aircraft
- Pass technical/psychometric assessment for Co-Pilots
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate (Class 1 equivalent)
- Training in safety and emergency response procedures
- Basic airport security procedures and regulations training (advantageous)
- Crew Resources Management Training (advantageous)
- IATA security principles and standards knowledge (advantageous)
- Proficient in aircraft systems and Microsoft Office
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Very good English proficiency; Arabic and French advantageous
- Experience with low-cost airline operations (highly desirable)
- Knowledge of aircraft systems and operating procedures
- Exposure to QA/Safety/Security/Audit procedures
- Capable of handling heavy workload and ad-hoc scenarios
- Composed, self-confident and focused under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Minimum 18-21 years of age (typical requirement implied)
- Eligible to work in Pakistan for interview/recruitment
