About This Role
easyJet is recruiting experienced A320-rated First Officers (Co-Pilots) for permanent positions based in the UK, starting in 2026/2027. Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate A320 family aircraft as First Officer on scheduled short-haul routes
- Support Captain and manage right-hand seat duties
- Conduct pre-flight checks and crew briefings
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
- Complete required flight documentation and reports

Requirements
- Operated as Commercial Passenger Co-Pilot on A320 family within last 12 months
- Minimum 500 flying hours on A320 family aircraft
- Valid A320 LPC (Landing Procedure Check) upon joining
- UK CAA Licence or willing to convert by induction
- UK CAA Class 1 Medical or willing to convert by induction
- Minimum ICAO Level 4 English proficiency
- Right to live and work in UK with unrestricted access
- Valid Passport
