About This Role
Air Arabia Group is seeking an experienced First Officer A320 to join their flight operations team based in Sharjah, UAE. The airline is a leading low-cost carrier in the Middle East region. Candidates must have a minimum of 800 hours on the A320 aircraft, hold an ATPL or CPL with Frozen ATPL, and pass medical and psychometric assessments. The role offers opportunities to work with a professional team on scheduled operations across the Middle East and beyond.
Requirements
- ATPL License or CPL with Frozen ATPL
- Minimum 800 hours flying experience on Airbus A320
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Pass technical/psychometric assessment
- Pass medical fitness check-up
- Very good English language proficiency
- Proficient in aircraft systems and Microsoft Office
- Safety and emergency response training (formal qualification advantageous)
- Crew Resources Management Training (advantageous)
- Basic airport security procedures training (advantageous)
- IATA security principles and standards knowledge (advantageous)
- Low-cost airline experience (highly desirable)
- Arabic and French language skills (advantageous)
- Valid passport and eligibility to work in UAE
