About This Role
Top Aces is seeking an experienced A-4 Skyhawk fighter pilot for contract-based target representation (ADAIR) and military training operations. Founded in 2000 by former Luftwaffe pilots, Top Aces is the world's leading provider of contracted aggressor training and air combat maneuvering instruction with over 140,000 accident-free flight hours. Based in Nordholz, Germany (relocating to Wittmund in late 2025), this role involves conducting Red-Air support, air-to-ground, and tactical training missions for NATO and allied nations including Canada, USA, Australia, and Germany. Duties & Responsibilities
- Safely and professionally conduct A-4 Skyhawk combat missions as target representation pilot
- Execute Red-Air support, air-to-ground, Navy support, and GCI training missions
- Support German and other international customers with tactical training operations
- Plan, support, and conduct missions at other Top Aces locations in Germany and internationally

Requirements
- Former Luftwaffe fighter pilot with minimum 1000 hours PIC on fighter aircraft
- Minimum 2 years active experience as tactical fighter pilot on Bundeswehr fighter aircraft within the last 5 years
- Valid CPL/IR or ATPL license from EASA, FAA, or Transport Canada (TC)
- Support for Safety First flight safety culture
- Teamwork capability
- Willingness to participate in exercises and deployments within Germany and internationally
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Strong sense of responsibility and independent work capability
