About This Role
Clearview Aviation is seeking a safety-focused Captain to operate a Falcon 900EX EASy in a high-touch private aviation flight department. The three-pilot account is supported by a factory-trained maintenance technician and cabin attendant and flies approximately 200 Part 91 hours and 150 Part 135 hours annually. The Captain will lead safe, efficient, compliant flight operations while coordinating with maintenance, ground support, company management, owners, and passengers to deliver a professional and highly personalized service experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The Captain is responsible for organizing and executing every flight safely, efficiently, and professionally in accordance with federal and local regulations and company policies. Duties include coordinating with maintenance personnel on scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, database updates, audits, checklists, and pre- and post-flight tasks
- completing trip paperwork accurately
- leading flight department crew members and supporting employee morale
- communicating maintenance abnormalities and recording aircraft discrepancies for immediate reporting to the Director of Maintenance
- ensuring the aircraft remains safe and operational through maintenance compliance and thorough pre-flight inspections
- monitoring aircraft systems and making sound safety decisions
- obtaining current weather, forecasts, and NOTAMs for the route, destination, and alternates
- coordinating with ground operations and trip support
- maintaining working knowledge of all aircraft systems, emergency systems, and procedures
- keeping current with FAA regulations, company procedures, and operational best practices
- logging flight hours and maintaining regulatory records
- completing recurrent training, safety briefings, and Falcon 900EX EASy qualifications
- and providing high-quality service to owners and passengers while identifying and resolving service deviations.

Requirements
- The posting requires an FAA Airline Transport Pilot certificate, a previous comparable type rating, 5,000 hours of total fixed-wing time, 2,500 hours of multi-engine time, 2,000 hours of pilot-in-command time, 1,500 hours of turbine time, 250 hours of night time, and five years of Part 91/135 experience. Only applicants with experience in comparable ultra-long-range aircraft are being considered
- EASy experience is preferred. Additional qualifications include 250 hours of PIC time in a comparable aircraft within the prior 12 months as a preferred qualification, a current FAA First Class Medical Certificate, an FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator’s Permit, a valid passport, a valid state driver’s license, and unrestricted ability to travel throughout the EU, Canada, and the Caribbean. Candidates must be able to work varying hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, communicate fluently in English, pass pre-employment drug screening, participate in random drug and alcohol testing if required, understand Part 91/135 regulations and operational best practices, provide professional passenger service, and maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality. International operations experience involving EASA environments and non-contiguous U.S. flying is desired, as is 500 hours as an international flight crew member.
