About This Role
Elevate Jet is hiring a Falcon 2000 LXS Pilot-in-Command based in Norwood, Massachusetts. The role operates private VIP flights under Part 135 and Part 91, with responsibility for safe, efficient, timely aircraft operations, crew leadership, operational readiness, communications, records, teamwork, and high-quality customer service. The successful candidate must live within two hours of Norwood Memorial Airport and travel 100% of the time.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The Pilot-in-Command operates private VIP flights safely and on time in Part 135/91 operations, in accordance with FAA regulations.
- Duties include ensuring all aspects of aircraft readiness for upcoming trips, maintaining communication with operations, maintaining the financial and operational records required for each flight, fostering a teamwork-oriented environment, encouraging crew members to strive for excellence, working effectively with the SIC in a crew environment, providing strong leadership, and delivering superior customer service.
Requirements
- Applicants must hold a multi-engine ATP and the Falcon 2000LXS type rating, with 250 hours in type, 3,500 hours total flight time, 2,000 hours of multi-engine fixed-wing experience, and 250 hours of instrument time.
- They must be able to hold an FAA First-class medical, have no FAA violations, accidents, or incidents, hold a valid passport with unrestricted travel, and be able to obtain and maintain CANPASS authorization for unrestricted commercial-pilot travel to and from Canada.
- Compliance with ICAO Annex I - 2.1.10 is required for international commercial air transport operations involving more than one pilot.
- Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States now and in the future, and must live within two hours of Norwood Memorial Airport.
- A college degree and previous FAR 135/91 experience are preferred.
- The schedule varies by aircraft, travel is required 100% of the time, and the position includes lifting requirements of up to 50 pounds.
