Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 5 years experimental flight test experience
- 2 years flight test pilot experience
- 1500 hours total flight time
- 500 hours turbine time
- 100 hours flown in the last 12 months
- Previous turbojet type rating preferred
- Graduate of accredited test pilot school long course or equivalent
- FAA/TCCA/EASA Certification program experience preferred
- Qualified experience to FAA DER/UM/ODA Flight Test Pilot requirements within one year preferred
- Knowledge in flight dynamics, aerodynamics, propulsion systems, avionics, and aircraft systems
- Comprehensive understanding of FAA, EASA, MIL-STD regulations and safety protocols
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies for flight test programs
- Proven leadership skills leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Valid pilot license and medical certificate
- Ability to maintain flexibility in dynamic test program environment
