About This Role
Ameriflight is seeking an experienced EMB-120 Captain for cargo operations based in Portland, OR. As the nation's largest Part 135 cargo airline, Ameriflight operates over 120 aircraft serving regional express airfreight markets for major cargo integrators and operators. Candidates must have a minimum of 3000 total hours with 1000 hours PIC, along with prior FAR 121/135 experience and a valid Commercial Pilot License with multi-engine and instrument ratings. Requirements
- Minimum 3000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 1000 hours PIC
- Minimum 500 hours cross-country (point to point)
- Minimum 500 hours multi-engine time
- Minimum 500 hours turbine time
- Minimum 200 hours instrument (50 must be in aircraft)
- Minimum 100 hours night flying
- Commercial Pilot License with multi-engine land, instrument rating, high performance and complex endorsements
- First Class Medical Certificate
- Previous FAR 121/135 experience required
- Instrument Proficiency Check or 121/135 recurrent within past 6 months
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
- Valid passport (must be valid for at least 6 months beyond intended departure)
- English proficient (ICAO Level 4 or equivalent)
- Eligible to work in the U.S. with unrestricted travel in and out of the country
- Meet airport badging requirements and TSA security background check
- Valid Driver's License
- Must meet FAR 135.243(c) requirements for PIC in IFR conditions
- Must be at least 21 years old
