About This Role
Eastern Air Express is seeking a highly motivated Inflight Supervisor to join their Miami operations team. This supervisory role oversees flight attendants and operational staff, requiring a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in aviation. The successful candidate must maintain active flight attendant status, demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, and be willing to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Previous experience as a flight attendant or operations team member preferred
- Ability to maintain active flight status and meet all flight attendant qualifications
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and company scheduling system
- Must be able to obtain airport security clearance
- Availability 5 days a week with flexibility for weekends, holidays, and irregular hours
