About This Role
Scoot, a Singapore-based low-cost carrier founded in 2012, is recruiting Direct Entry First Officers for their Singapore-based flight crew. The airline operates a modern fleet including Airbus A320 family aircraft and Boeing 787 Dreamliners, with Embraer E190-E2s joining in 2024. Candidates must hold a minimum of 1500 hours total fixed-wing flight time on aircraft with MTOW of 5700kg or more, along with a Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore-issued ICAO CPL(A) or ATPL(A) license and ICAO English Level 4 proficiency. Successful candidates will undergo type rating training with co-payment requirements and training bond obligations, followed by Singapore-based assessment centre evaluation including aptitude tests, group stage, individual interviews, simulator assessment, and personality evaluation.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate assigned aircraft on scheduled flights
- Work with Captain to deliver safe, comfortable and on-time performance
- Deliver Scootitude experience to all passengers
- Conduct pre-flight checks and crew briefings
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures

Requirements
- Minimum 1500 hours total fixed-wing flight time on aircraft with MTOW of 5700kg or more
- Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore issued ICAO CPL(A) or ATPL(A) license
- Foreign ATPL requires license conversion with instrument rating and proficiency check (minimum 6 months validity)
- ICAO English Level 4 or higher
- All vaccination requirements as required by CAAS
- Valid medical certification
- Willingness to relocate to Singapore
