About This Role
Gulf Air is recruiting Direct Entry Rated First Officers for the Airbus A320 family to join their expanding fleet based in Bahrain. As a national carrier, Gulf Air is committed to operational excellence and growth in the Middle East region. Candidates must hold an ICAO-recognized ATPL with a minimum of 1500 total flying hours (including 250 hours on A320 family and 500 hours on multi-crew jets), current medical certification, and ICAO English Level 4 proficiency. Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate the aircraft in accordance with established professional and regulatory guidelines
- Support the captain in the management of the flight and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with all operational procedures, limitations, and checklists in accordance with the Operations Manual
- Deputize for the captain when necessary

Requirements
- ICAO recognized ATPL license (acceptable to Civil Aviation Authority of Bahrain)
- Minimum 1500 hours total flying time including 250 hours on Airbus A320 family fly-by-wire and 500 hours on multi-crew jets (OR minimum 700 hours total including 500 hours on A320 family)
- A320 type rating required
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or above
- Valid ICAO recognized Medical Certificate
- No accident/incident record
- Clear background check
