About This Role
Southern Airways Express is seeking Direct Entry Captains to operate Caravan C-208 aircraft from Kahului, Hawaii. This is a direct entry captain position for single-pilot operations with a home-every-day schedule and most shifts completed during the workweek. Paid training lasting approximately 25 days is provided, with a 65 block hours per month guarantee.
Requirements
- Current FAA ATP or Commercial Pilot License with Instrument rating
- Minimum 1200 hours total flight time
- Minimum 500 hours cross-country time
- Minimum 100 hours night time
- Minimum 75 hours instrument time with no more than 25 simulated
- Current FAA second class medical certificate
- Valid Radio Operators Certificate
- Valid US Passport (required for CASS)
- Authorized to work in the U.S. per Immigration Act of 1986
- Pass 10-year background check
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
