Air Dolomiti, part of the Lufthansa Group, is seeking experienced Direct Entry Captains to lead their Italian operations from Florence and Venice bases. This role offers leadership opportunities within a professional airline environment with an attractive entry bonus, requiring 5,000 total hours and 1,500 Captain hours.
Requirements
- EASA ATPL (A) License
- Minimum 5,000 flight hours in airline operations
- Minimum 1,500 flight hours as Captain in airline operations
- Good knowledge of English (ICAO Level 4 English Language Proficiency)
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- EU citizenship or unlimited residence and work permit
- Passport with unlimited validity
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Lead crew through positive, inclusive leadership
- Operate aircraft safely and efficiently
- Ensure punctuality and high-quality standards
- Prepare and conduct flights per Air Dolomiti directives
