Breeze Airways is hiring Direct Entry Captains for the Airbus A220. This is a captain-level position requiring 3000+ total hours, 500+ PIC hours on large transport aircraft, and 500+ Part 121 PIC time within the last 3 years. Candidates must be FAA ATP certified and US work-authorized.
Requirements
- Minimum 23 years of age at time of hire
- FAA Unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with airplane multi-engine class rating
- Minimum 3000 hours fixed wing time
- 2000+ hours total time in large, Group II transport category, fixed-wing aircraft (turbojet aircraft over 41,000 lbs MTOW)
- 500+ hours PIC in large, Group II transport category aircraft (turbojet aircraft over 41,000 lbs MTOW)
- 500+ hours of Part 121 PIC time within the last three years
- Actively flying two of the past five years
- Current First-Class FAA Medical Certificate
- Valid FCC Radiotelephone Operator's Permit
- Valid U.S. driver's license or ability to obtain one
- Valid passport or ability to obtain one
- Ability to travel unrestricted to and from the United States
- Must pass DOT pre-employment drug test
- Must pass TSA required fingerprint-based criminal history records check and Breeze background check
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (as defined by Immigration Reform Act of 1986)
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
- Maintain Pilot training history in accordance with Pilot Record Database (PRD)
