About This Role
Dynamic Aviation deployed ISR Captain on the Dash-8 (DHC8), flying tactical ISR aircraft in austere OCONUS/CONUS locations performing aerial survey and sensor operations in support of Air Force missions. Rotational deployments of approximately 65 days; hourly pay; US-based with no relocation required.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Pilot the Dash-8 in company operations related to functional check flights, OCONUS or CONUS ISR flight activities
- perform precise aerial survey flying in all weather and terrain driven by diverse sensor requirements
- comply with Federal Aviation Regulations, Air Force Service Guidance, and company standards
- provide daily communications with customers while on assignment
- perform Mission Briefing Officer duties
- cover office duties on non-flying days
- operate ELINT, E/O IR, and/or other airborne sensors and communications equipment.
Requirements
- Highschool diploma
- Air Transport Pilot or Current FAA Commercial Pilot License with Instrument and Multi Engine ratings
- High Performance and High Altitude Endorsements
- First or Second Class FAA Medical and Restricted Radiotelephone Operators Permit
- Minimum of 1,200 hours total time
- Minimum of 1,000 hours PIC, 300 hours PIC in multiengine turbo-prop aircraft
Preferred Qualifications
- Some college
- Dash 8 type rating
- DOD TS/SCI security clearance
- 3,000 hours PIC total time, 1000 hours total turbine time, and 200 PIC Dash 8 hours
- MS Office proficiency
- 1+ years deployed experience
- sensor operating experience. Additional: US Passport
- ability to travel ~65 days rotationally
- lift up to 50 lbs.
