About This Role
Perimeter Aviation is seeking a Dash 8 Captain to operate scheduled passenger and charter flights across Canada. Established in 1960 and based in Winnipeg and Thompson, Manitoba with additional bases in Ontario, Perimeter Aviation operates 45+ aircraft serving Northern communities with scheduled passenger and freight services, 24/7 North American charter operations, and medical evacuation services. Candidates must hold a valid ATPL with 500 hours on DHC-8 aircraft, a Category 1 Medical Certificate, and an Instrument Rating. Requirements
- Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
- Minimum 500 hours on DHC-8 (Dash 8) aircraft
- Valid Category 1 Medical Certificate
- Current Group 1 Instrument Rating
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Fluent in English with effective verbal and listening comprehension
- Ability to obtain and maintain transportation security clearances
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to work flexible schedule and travel for extended periods
- Valid passport for cross-border operations
- Indigenous and Cultural Awareness Training considered an asset
- Previous airline experience considered an asset
