About This Role
Michelin North America is hiring a Corporate Aviation Captain/Pilot for its in-house flight department (headquartered in Greenville/Greer, SC). The pilot acts as PIC of company aircraft, with full authority over flight operations — flight planning (domestic and international), weight & balance, regulatory compliance (FAA Part 91 / ICAO), CRM in a 2-pilot environment, and passenger service. A small, safety-driven 6-pilot department. ATP required; not available for immigration sponsorship.
Requirements
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate — airplane multi-engine land and instrument ratings
- 3,500 total hours of flight experience
- 1,000 hours in jet-powered aircraft
- 2,000 hours PIC in multi-engine aircraft
- Multi-crew (2-pilot) and Crew Resource Management (CRM) experience
- Familiarity with FAA FAR Part 91 and ICAO Annexes
- FAA First Class Medical Certificate
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
- Valid U.S. Passport, able to travel with no restrictions (incl. Canada & Mexico)
Preferred Qualifications
- Falcon 2000EASy (DA-2EASy) type rating (preferred, not required)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- International flight experience
