Dynamic Aviation is seeking an experienced Co-Pilot for Dash-8 operations supporting tactical ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) missions in austere locations worldwide. Founded in 1967, the company specializes in innovative aviation solutions for government and defense customers, operating modified aircraft for protection, research, and wildfire suppression. This role requires a minimum of 800 hours total flight time with 500 hours PIC, a Commercial Pilot License with Instrument and Multi-Engine ratings, and a DOD Secret security clearance. Candidates will perform precise aerial survey flying in diverse weather and terrain conditions, operate specialized sensors, and deploy on rotational assignments (approximately 65 days away from home base), with no relocation necessary and opportunities for career growth in a 700+ person aviation organization.
