Requirements
- Valid CPL or ATPL with Instrument Rating
- License endorsed for Group I or Group II aircraft as assigned
- License must be current and in possession during all flight operations
- Thorough knowledge of flight operations, regulations, and company procedures
- Strong teamwork, communication, and situational awareness skills
- Ability to assist effectively in both routine and emergency situations
- EMB-145 type rating or willingness to obtain
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Able to assume command of the flight in the absence of the Commander
