About This Role
Northern Jet seeks an experienced Captain for their CL300/350 fleet to operate on-demand Part 91 and Part 135 charter missions. As a private aviation company with 25+ years of experience and an ARGUS Platinum safety rating, Northern Jet operates a fleet of 40+ luxury jets with a focus on personalized client service. Candidates must hold an unrestricted FAA ATPL with a minimum of 3,000 total flight hours and 1,500 hours PIC, plus 500+ hours multi-engine time. This home-based position (east of Texas) offers competitive compensation starting at $135,000 base salary with total compensation exceeding $155,000, plus comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision coverage at 80% company-paid, generous PTO, and additional earning opportunities through SDO pay, holiday pay, and leadership roles.
Requirements
- Unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATPL) license
- Minimum 3,000 total flight hours
- Minimum 1,500 hours PIC
- Minimum 500+ hours multi-engine time
- Current First Class Medical Certificate
- No accidents, incidents, or warnings within past 5 years
- Thorough knowledge of corporate aviation and international procedures (Canada, Mexico, Caribbean)
- Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills
- Maintain professional appearance at all times
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Pass drug screening test
