About This Role
Northern Jet is seeking an experienced Pilot-in-Command to join their growing private aviation fleet of 40+ jets with an ARGUS Platinum safety rating. This role offers a dynamic flying environment with approximately 450+ hours annually conducting both Part 91 and Part 135 operations throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Candidates must have a minimum of 3,000 total flight hours with 1,500 PIC hours and 500+ multi-engine hours, along with a valid FAA ATPL and 1st Class Medical Certificate. The position offers competitive compensation starting at $115,000 base salary with total first-year compensation exceeding $150,000, plus daily/annual incentives, comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance with 80% company-paid premiums, 401(k) matching, and an 8/6 work schedule providing excellent work-life balance.
Requirements
- Valid unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) License
- Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 1,500 hours Pilot-in-Command time
- Minimum 500 hours multi-engine time
- Current First Class Medical Certificate
- No accidents, incidents, or warnings within past five years
- Thorough knowledge of corporate aviation and international procedures
- Knowledge of operations in Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean
- Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills

- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
