About This Role
Silver Air Private Jets is seeking an experienced Captain for its Citation CJ3 fleet. The role primarily flies for a private owner (a physician) on a long-standing legacy account that operates a wide range of missions, including charter. The Captain on this account is Silver Air's Chief Pilot, so the successful candidate gains direct exposure to a hospitality-focused leader who invests in developing the team, with clear room for growth and future leadership. The pilot will also float across Silver Air's broader CJ3 fleet, offering strong opportunities to build additional flight hours beyond the primary account. Duties & Responsibilities
- Review the maintenance status of the aircraft to ensure airworthiness.
- Conduct proper pre-flight inspections in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
- Complete checks of weather and facilities along the route to be flown and the airports to be used, including alternates.
- Ensure each flight is conducted in accordance with Silver Air's policies and procedures and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Ensure the safety of all passengers, aircraft and crew.
- Accurately complete all trip paperwork in accordance with current procedures.

Requirements
- Total flight time of 3,500 hours, including 3,000 hours as pilot-in-command.
- Multi-engine time of 3,000 hours, including 2,000 hours as PIC.
- 1,750 hours total turbine time preferred.
- 200 hours on type, including 100 hours as PIC.
- Must be type rated on the CE-525S or a comparable aircraft.
- A valid First Class Medical Certificate is required.
- Previous Part 135 experience is preferred but not required.
- Must comply with ICAO Annex I - 2.1.1.0 as it pertains to aircraft engaged in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain CANPASS authorization for unrestricted travel to and from Canada as a commercial pilot.
- Requires strong customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication delivered with professionalism, a high level of organization and attention to detail, and excellent time management.
- The role operates on an on-call basis within a 24/7 organization and demands a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, along with strong people and team skills.
