About This Role
Fly 7 ATO, the training division of Fly 7 aircraft charter and management company, is seeking a Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (CTKI) based in Lausanne, Switzerland. The role combines leadership of ground training operations with command-level flying responsibilities on Pilatus PC-12 aircraft. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership abilities with a CPL(A) and instructor qualification, responsibility for developing pedagogical material, implementing training standards, and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations. This position offers the opportunity to shape modern pilot training delivery, lead a team of instructors, and maintain direct involvement in commercial flight operations in the charter sector.
Requirements
- Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Instructor qualification
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Fluent in English
- French and/or German language skills (asset)
- Experience on Pilatus aircraft (preferred)
