About This Role
PACCAR is seeking an experienced Chief Pilot to lead the Seattle base of its corporate aviation department, overseeing five pilots and managing two Gulfstream G280 aircraft. As a Fortune 500 global technology leader in commercial vehicles, PACCAR operates a professional Part 91 flight department from Seattle, WA and Denton, TX. This leadership role requires a minimum of 5000 total flight hours with 3000 hours on turbine multi-engine aircraft, current ATPL certification, and proven supervisory experience. The position offers a competitive salary of $151,500-$248,500 annually with comprehensive benefits including 401(k) matching, pension plan, paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
Requirements
  • Must have right to live and work in the United States
  • Valid EASA or FAA ATPL license
  • Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
  • Multi-Engine Land (MEL) rating
  • Appropriate type rating for assigned aircraft
  • Current Pilot in Command (PIC) proficiency endorsements (FAR 61.58)
  • Minimum 5000 hours total flight time
  • 3000 hours on turbine-powered multi-engine aircraft
  • ICAO English Level 4 or higher for radiotelephony communications
  • Ability to pass TSA and Port of Seattle background screening for ID badge and ramp driving privileges
  • Valid passport and driver's license
  • Supervisory experience
  • Associates Degree minimum (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
  • Proficiency with business software (Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
