Requirements
- Current and valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATPL) license
- Category 1 Medical Certificate
- Canadian Passport
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) experience on Dash 8-400 (DH8-400), King Air 350CER, Twin Otter 400 (DHC6-400), or Turbo Beaver (DC2-T)
- Demonstrated understanding of Canadian Aviation Regulations
- Proven leadership experience with ability to lead decisively and authoritatively
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Willingness to travel to various operating locations as required
- Asset: Experience as Authorized Check Pilot
- Asset: Prior experience as Assistant Chief Pilot or Chief Pilot
- Asset: Flight Instructor Rating (past or present)
