Leading Edge Aviation seeks a Chief Multi-Crew Cooperation Instructor (CMCCI) to lead the MCC training department at their Oxford campus. This full-time role combines instructional duties with department management, including line leadership, course scheduling, and courseware development. Requirements
- Current UK CAA qualified MCCI (Multi-Crew Cooperation Instructor)
- Dual UK/EASA MCCI qualification desirable
- TRI/TRE and SFI/SFE qualifications desirable
- A320 and/or B737 experience (minimum 2 years)
- 2 years experience within last 5 years in current airline operations desirable
- Demonstrable experience as an MCCI delivering APS MCC courses or previous instructor experience
- Previous simulator training management experience
- Previous project management experience desirable
- Department leadership experience
- People leadership experience
- Highest personal and professional standards
- Strong report writing skills
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 suite
- Ability to work shifts as per established rota
