flydubai is seeking an experienced Chief Flight Instructor to supervise all flight instructors and SFIs at their Flight Training Academy, ensuring standardized, high-quality instruction and ab-initio training program delivery. The role requires 8-10 years of flight training leadership experience with a valid ATPL, TRE certificate, and proven expertise in instructor development, standardization, and performance management aligned with ICAO, GCAA, and airline partner requirements. Key responsibilities include monitoring trainee performance, overseeing flight instruction records compliance, maintaining instructor licensing oversight, and ensuring standardization across all training personnel. This position offers the opportunity to lead aviation training operations at a major UAE airline with direct involvement in simulator training, quality assurance, and cadet development for airline operations.
