Wizz Air seeks an experienced Chief Cabin Crew based in Luton to lead and manage all cabin operations. This senior management role requires 4-6+ years of experience in a similar position, with responsibility for safety, compliance, crew scheduling, and operational excellence across all bases.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-6 years of overall experience in similar position
- Advantage: minimum 1 year as Senior Cabin Attendant in Wizz Air or 3 years in Wizz Air with at least 6 months as Senior Cabin Attendant
- Computer literacy (MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detailed understanding of safety principles surrounding cabin operating processes and procedures
- Understanding of cabin crew rostering and fatigue management processes
- Understanding of departmental operating policies, procedures and processes
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Able to obtain a UK right to work visa
- Good people management skills
- Ability to handle time pressure
- Good communication and organisational skills
