This is a management position requiring 4-6+ years of similar experience, with responsibility for safety, compliance, recruitment, and crew performance. Requirements
- Minimum 4-6 years of overall experience in similar position
- Advantage: minimum 1 year as a Senior Cabin Attendant in Wizz Air or 3 years in Wizz Air with at least 6 months as a Senior Cabin Attendant
- Computer literacy (MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detailed understanding of safety principles surrounding cabin operating processes and procedures
- Understanding of cabin crew rostering and fatigue management processes
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Able to obtain UK right to work visa
- Good people management skills
- Ability to handle time pressure
- Good communication and organisational skills
