Schubach Aviation, a Part 91/135 charter and aircraft management company, is hiring a full-time Captain (Pilot-in-Command) to fly a Challenger 605 based in Carlsbad, California, for immediate hire. The role is dedicated full-time to a single aircraft within a busy operation flying a diverse fleet. The company is looking for a professional, dynamic, experienced and motivated team player with strong communication and customer-relations skills, in keeping with its safety- and service-driven culture and 30-year legacy in aviation.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as Captain (Pilot-in-Command) of a Challenger 605 operated for charter and aircraft management, in a position dedicated full-time to a single aircraft.
- Fly within a busy operation with a diverse fleet, delivering safe, high-quality flights and next-level customer service consistent with the company's safety culture and service standards.

Requirements
- Desired qualifications include Super Midsize or Midsize jet experience, jet pilot-in-command (PIC) time, an ATP certificate and a First Class Medical, a minimum of 4,500 hours total time, and international flying experience.
- Candidates should be based in, or willing to relocate to, the San Diego area, present a professional demeanor with strong communication and excellent customer-relations skills, and have no violations or accidents.
- Applicants must be able to pass a PRIA/FAA NATA background check and a drug and alcohol screening.
