- First class medical certificate
- Able to work on-call basis
- Able to complete KBNA International procedures training annually
- Primary residence within 2 hour drive of KBNA or willing to relocate
- Safe operation of Challenger 3500
- Proper pre-flight inspection per AFM
- Weather and route planning review
- Compliance with FARs and Solairus policies
- Accurate trip paperwork completion
