About This Role
flyADVANCED is recruiting an experienced, CE-510 type-rated Captain in New Castle, Delaware, to support a Citation Mustang joining its fleet. The opportunity is available as full-time employment, contract flying, or either arrangement depending on the candidate's interests and availability. The Captain will operate the aircraft as Pilot in Command and provide safe, professional, service-oriented flying for owners and passengers. Experienced contract pilots are encouraged to apply, including those seeking a longer-term opportunity; contract pilots who demonstrate a strong operational and professional fit may be considered for transition to a full-time Captain position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as Pilot in Command of the CE-510 Citation Mustang and conduct flights safely and professionally in accordance with company procedures and applicable regulations.
- Complete required flight planning, weather review, performance calculations, and operational preparation.
- Coordinate with aircraft owners, passengers, flight operations, and maintenance personnel.
- Maintain required pilot qualifications, currency, records, and documentation, and provide a professional, service-oriented experience for owners and passengers.
Requirements
- Candidates must hold a CE-510 type rating and have CE-510 flight experience.
- Recent CE-510 or business aviation flight experience is strongly preferred.
- Applicants should have a strong safety record, sound aeronautical decision-making, and a professional, dependable, customer-service-oriented approach.
- They must be able to meet applicable company, insurance, training, and regulatory requirements.
- Immediate or near-term availability is preferred.
- Contract applicants should be prepared to discuss their availability and existing flying commitments, while applicants seeking full-time employment should indicate when they could transition into a permanent Captain position.
