About This Role
Bulgaria Air, the National Airline of Bulgaria, is seeking experienced Captains or First Officers type-rated on the Airbus A320 to support expanding scheduled operations across Europe and the EMEA region. The airline operates a modern fleet of up to 20 aircraft including new A220s and legacy A320s, providing services on scheduled, charter, and ACMI operations. Captains must have a minimum of 4,000 flight hours with 500 hours on type, while First Officers need 1,500 flight hours and a valid EU FCL CPL or ATPL license. Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate Airbus A320 aircraft on scheduled European routes
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and crew briefings
- Manage crew resource management procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
- Operate mostly day-flights to major European hub airports

Requirements
- Valid EU FCL CPL or ATPL license
- Valid EASA Medical Class 1 Certificate
- ICAO English Level 4 or higher
- For Captains: Minimum 4,000 total flight hours
- For Captains: 500 hours on A320 type
- For First Officers: Minimum 1,500 total flight hours
- Minimum 200 flight hours within last 12 months
- Clean criminal record
- A320 type rating
- Excellent CRM skills
- Strong commitment to safety and responsibility
