About This Role
Toyota's AirFlite, Inc., the corporate flight operations division of Toyota, is seeking an experienced Aircraft Captain to serve as Pilot in Command for international and domestic operations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience operating Gulfstream aircraft with a minimum of 3000 total flight hours, including 1000 hours PIC in turbine-powered aircraft. This role requires an FAA ATP certificate with multi-engine land rating, a first-class medical certificate, and a valid passport with no travel restrictions. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Act as Pilot in Command for all international and domestic flight operations
  • Conduct preflight planning and inspections to ensure aircraft meets performance and airworthiness requirements
  • Ensure flights comply with all departmental operating policies and Federal Aviation Regulations
  • Select safest and most efficient routes and airports
  • Provide for contingencies and develop alternative routes
  • Calculate weight and balance and evaluate weather conditions
  • Ensure all permits, permissions, and necessary documents are in order
  • Supervise and direct activities of all assigned crew members
  • Brief cockpit crew on all pertinent flight operation aspects
  • Coordinate crew functions to ensure maximum information flow and compliance with checklists
  • Maintain working knowledge of current aviation industry advancements through professional development
  • Perform ancillary duties as assigned by Chief Pilot and Director of Aviation
  • Provide guidance and leadership to crew members

Requirements
  • FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with Multi-Engine Land Rating
  • Minimum 3000 hours total flight time
  • Minimum 1000 hours PIC in fixed-wing, turbine-powered aircraft
  • Minimum 1500 hours cross-country time
  • Minimum 1000 hours multi-engine time
  • Minimum 300 hours actual instrument time
  • Minimum 250 night flight hours
  • FAA First Class Medical Certificate
  • International operations flight crew experience
  • Valid passport with no restrictions on international travel
  • FCC Radio Telephone Operators Permit
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional work experience
  • Gulfstream G550, G650, and/or G700/G800 Type Rating preferred
  • Must be eligible to work in the USA without visa sponsorship
  • Acceptable motor vehicle record per company standards
  • Valid driver's license
