About This Role
Rise Air, Saskatchewan's largest full-service airline and 100% Indigenous-owned operator, is seeking an experienced PC-12 Pilatus Captain for medevac operations based in La Ronge, Saskatchewan. The role involves operating modern aircraft to provide critical air transportation for vulnerable populations requiring medical care access across Canada. Candidates require a minimum of 1500 total flight hours with 500 hours PIC and 500 hours in multi-engine turbine aircraft, plus an Instrument Rating and valid Canadian work authorization. The position offers an industry-leading salary of CAD $100,000-$121,921.48 annually with a favorable 14/14 roster, full accommodation provided, and career growth opportunities with a newly negotiated collective agreement.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate PC-12 aircraft on medevac missions
- Transport patients requiring medical care access across Canada
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and safety checks
- Ensure compliance with transport and safety regulations
- Participate in required training events and professional development
- Work rotational schedules with equal flight time distribution

Requirements
- Valid ATPL license (Canadian)
- Minimum 1500 hours total flight time
- Minimum 500 hours PIC
- Minimum 500 hours multi-engine aircraft
- Minimum 500 hours turbine
- Instrument Rating required
- Valid and current passport for USA travel
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Ability to obtain Transport Canada Restricted Area Pass (RAIC)
- Demonstrated knowledge of Northern Flying Operations
- Meet Client Standards requirements
- Pass controlled substance and alcohol test (Safety Sensitive Position)
- Clean criminal record
