Ornge, Ontario's air ambulance and critical care transport provider, is seeking an experienced PC-12 Captain for fixed-wing emergency medical services operations. Requires minimum 2000 hours total flight time with 500 PIC hours and valid Canadian ATPL with IFR rating. Requirements
- Valid Canadian ATPL license issued by Transport Canada
- Minimum 2000 hours total flight experience
- Minimum 500 hours as Pilot-In-Command (PIC)
- Valid Group 1 IFR rating
- Valid Category 1 Medical Certificate
- Valid Canadian Passport or ability to work in Canada
- Unrestricted ability to travel to the USA
- Satisfactory criminal record check
- Required immunization record with required vaccinations
- Must be clean shaven for respiratory protective equipment fit
- Ability to live or relocate within close proximity to assigned base
- Must reside within location permitting compliance with CARs rest requirements
- Must arrive at assigned base within 1.0 hour of callout when on-call
- Prior PC-12, EMS, and/or Northern Ontario flight experience considered an asset
