Perimeter Aviation LP seeks a Medevac Captain to transport patients across Northern Canada using a diverse fleet including Metro and Dash 8 aircraft. Requires ATPL, 1500 total hours with 500 PIC, Canadian citizenship or unrestricted work authorization, and willingness to work remote bases with flexible schedules.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
- Valid ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) for 703/704 Medevac Captains
- Minimum 1500 hours total flight time
- Minimum 500 hours PIC
- Current Group 1 Medical Certificate
- Valid Instrument Rating
- Canadian citizenship or ability to work in Canada unrestricted
- Fluent in English with effective verbal and listening comprehension
- Must be able to obtain and maintain transportation security clearances
- Child Abuse Registry and Criminal Record check required
- Thorough knowledge of aviation regulations
- Valid Passport
- Valid Driver License
- Physically able to perform all job duties including lifting, loading and securing patients and cargo
- Able to work flexible schedule and travel for extended periods
- Able to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willing to relocate to remote bases as required
- Indigenous and Cultural Awareness Training considered an asset
