About This Role
Vista America, a US operating partner of Vista (VistaJet), is hiring an experienced Captain (Pilot-in-Command) to fly a managed Bombardier Global 6000 on a mix of Part 91 and Part 135 operations. The role is home-based, with Houston Hobby (KHOU) preferred as the base, and reports to the VP of Flight Operations. The company positions the job as delivering iconic, luxury business-aviation service to passengers as part of a global support team, seeking a strong problem solver and brand ambassador who is already type-rated and experienced on the Global.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as Pilot-in-Command on a managed Bombardier Global 6000, conducting a combination of Part 91 and Part 135 flying.
- Deliver premium, luxury service to passengers while acting as a brand ambassador and problem solver for the operation.
- Work within a global team structure that supports the flight crew, and report to the VP of Flight Operations.

Requirements
- ATP certificate
- must be type-rated and experienced on the Bombardier Global. 4,000 hours total fixed-wing time
- 2,000 hours PIC
- 2,000 hours multi-engine
- 1,000 hours turbine Part 91/135 experience
- 300 hours logged IFR. 250 hours PIC time in type is preferred. No more than 2 checkride failures. Recency of at least 150 hours flight time in the previous 365 days and 30 hours in the previous 90 days. Current First Class Medical Certificate. No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions in the last 5 years. Meets the requirements of ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 for aircraft engaged in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot. Must have authorization to travel to and from all cities and countries served by the Vista Family of Companies, and authorization to work in the United States.
