About This Role
Draken is seeking experienced Captains to operate the Learjet 60XR in Saudi Arabia supporting the Royal Saudi Air Force. This is a permanent position based in-country as part of Draken's expanding operations, with the aircraft undertaking specialised missions including formation flying and electronic warfare support. Candidates must hold a UK CAA ATPL with minimum 1500 total flight hours and 1000 hours PIC, along with Multi-Engine IR, MCC, AUPRT and Tactical Military Captaincy qualifications. This role offers the opportunity to help shape a new operational capability from the ground up as part of a growing team in Saudi Arabia. Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee safe and efficient flight operations in line with regulations and company procedures
- Coordinate and execute specialised flight profiles, including formation operations
- Work with fellow crew members to fulfil mission objectives and maintain high professional standards
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers, upholding Draken's reputation for excellence
Requirements
- UK CAA (f)ATPL(A) or ATPL(A) license
- UK CAA Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Minimum 1500 hours total flight time
- Minimum 1000 hours PIC
- Current or previously held Multi-Engine Instrument Rating
- Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) Course completion
- AUPRT (Advanced User Pilot Tactical Training) Course
- Tactical Military Captaincy Experience
- Ability to gain and maintain UK MOD Security Clearances
