About This Role
Carson Air, a stable medevac operator based in British Columbia with over 25 years of service, is seeking experienced Captain pilots for their King Air (BE30) fleet across multiple bases (Kelowna, Prince George, Fort St. John, and Vancouver). The company prioritizes safety and operational excellence, offering pilots an exceptional 4 days ON / 4 days OFF roster with advance scheduling. Candidates should have a minimum of 3000 hours total time with 1000 hours PIC, preferably including 500+ hours of mountain flying experience and current BE30 type rating. Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate BE30 King Air aircraft on medevac missions
- Ensure safe and efficient flight operations in accordance with prescribed regulations
- Manage First Officer and crew according to company procedures
- Maintain compliance with customer requirements and company expectations
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and flight planning
- Execute emergency and mountain flying operations as required

Requirements
- Valid ATPL rating
- Minimum 3000 hours total flight time (preferred)
- Minimum 1000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (preferred)
- Minimum 1000 hours multi-engine flight time (preferred)
- Minimum 500 hours multi-engine PIC (preferred)
- Minimum 100 hours on BE30 type (preferred)
- Minimum 50 hours BE30 PIC (preferred)
- Minimum 500 hours mountain flying experience (preferred)
- BE30 Type rating (preferred)
- Valid Group 1 Pilot Medical Certificate from Transport Canada
- No Transport Canada violations or suspensions
- Ability to obtain TSA clearance
- Approval for simulator training in the United States
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
- Computer skills and Internet familiarity
- Fluency/proficiency in English language
- IFR experience required
- Aviation diploma (preferred)
- Willing to sign Training Bond Agreement if no current BE30 type rating
