About This Role
Dynamic Aviation seeks an experienced King Air 90 Captain for single-pilot operations supporting Sterile Insect Technique (SIT) programs based in Texas and Mexico. The company provides innovative aviation solutions serving governmental and scientific clients, including wildfire suppression and research operations. Candidates must hold a Commercial/Instrument/Multi-Engine license with minimum 1500 total hours and 500 PIC hours, with preference for prior King Air and turbine experience. This role requires relocation to the Mexico/Texas region and fluency in Spanish is preferred, offering opportunities to work on meaningful missions in a collaborative aviation environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Pilot the King Air 90 as a single pilot Captain in a safe and professional manner
- Evaluate destination and alternate airports, weather conditions, fuel requirements, navigation aids, and NOTAMs
- Conduct pre- and post-flight inspections of the aircraft
- Fly accurately in relation to mission criteria
- Communicate effectively with base manager, customer, and system operations center
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly digital reports including maintenance records and timesheets
Requirements
- FAA Commercial/Instrument/Multi-Engine license
- Minimum 1500 hours total flight time
- Minimum 500 hours PIC in an airplane
- 50 hours PIC instrument (simulated or in flight) - preferred
- 50 hours PIC ME fixed wing in the last 12 months - preferred
- 100 hours total time in Beechcraft King Air - preferred
- 100 hours turbine time - preferred
- Ability to qualify as a single pilot captain
- At least 2nd class medical certificate
- Relocation to Mexico or Texas required
- Team player mentality
- Fluency in Spanish - preferred
- Prior cross-cultural and foreign language experience - preferred
