About This Role
Alliance Aviation Group seeks an experienced Global Express Captain for recurrent operations with a 17/13 home-based schedule. The company is a FAA Part 135 charter operator specializing in private jet charter, aircraft management, sales, and maintenance across three brands. Candidates must have current FAA and company minimum flight hour requirements, Part 135 charter experience preferred, and proficiency with aviation software and Microsoft Office. This full-time salary position offers the flexibility of a home-based schedule while operating premium business jets for high-quality private charter service.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Complete flight planning utilizing weather information in accordance with FARs and company policies
- Determine aircraft airworthiness and complete preflight inspections
- Ensure proper flight planning, fueling, and safe operation of the aircraft
- Safely operate the Global Express during designated duty periods
- Maintain thorough knowledge of aircraft equipment, FARs, manuals, and procedures
- Notify crew and passengers of turbulent weather or operational factors
- Complete load manifest for each flight
- Meet all report times, departure times, and minimum turn times
- Assist with proper handling of aircraft, passengers, baggage, and cargo at terminal
- Conduct professional interactions with crew and passengers
- Maintain professional appearance and adherence to company uniform code
- Contribute to continued professional development and training
Requirements
- Valid FAA ATPL license
- Minimum FAA and company-required flight hours
- Global Express type rating
- Valid FAA First Class Medical Certificate
- Experience working for Part 135 Charter Operator preferred
- Current knowledge of FARs and company policies
- Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office
- Aviation software experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task and organize data
- Professional appearance and adherence to company uniform code
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Meets current FAA interview and hiring minimum age requirements
