About This Role
TAG Aviation is seeking an experienced Captain to operate the Global 7500 business jet from their Subang, Malaysia base. The successful candidate will lead flight operations with a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and exceptional customer service in a 24/7 operational environment. Applicants must hold a valid FAA ATPL with a minimum of 5000 total flight hours, including 2500 hours as PIC on jet aircraft and 100 hours on the Global 7500 type. This role offers the opportunity to work with a well-established business aviation operator in Asia, though candidates must already possess unrestricted work authorization in Malaysia without requiring company sponsorship.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate Global 7500 aircraft safely and efficiently
- Perform pre-flight checks and ensure all systems are functioning properly
- Communicate effectively with air traffic control and ground personnel
- Maintain accurate records of flight time and fuel consumption
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Ensure compliance with all operational procedures
Requirements
- Valid FAA ATPL license
- Minimum 5000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 2500 hours PIC on jet aircraft
- Minimum 100 hours on Global 7500 type
- Global 7500 type rating preferred
- Valid Class One Medical Certificate
- Unrestricted right to live and work in Malaysia without sponsorship
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
