About This Role
Jet Aviation is seeking an experienced G650 Captain for a permanent contract based in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate must have a valid ATPL with G650 type rating, minimum 3,000 total flight hours (including 1,800 on G650), and previous captain experience on business jets. Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure safety of all crew members, passengers, and cargo onboard
- Ensure compliance with all operational procedures and checklists in accordance with Operations Manual (FOM)
- Ensure crew members occupy proper stations prior to takeoff, final approach, and landing
- Coordinate work distribution within flight crew for maximum airmanship
- Ensure precise navigation and observation of minimum altitudes
- Observe limitations of all aircraft systems and ensure proper aircraft handling
- Enforce strict use of checklists
- Ensure sufficient usable fuel remains to proceed to a safe landing airport with final reserve fuel
- Maintain contact with cabin crew regarding cabin safety requirements
- Complete flight and technical logs
- File written occurrence and accident reports when necessary
- Maintain familiarity with aviation regulations and operations manual procedures
- Brief all passengers on emergency exits and safety equipment locations
- Represent Jet Aviation professionally with industry groups and regulatory bodies
Requirements
- Valid ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) with G650 type rating
- FAA, UK, or EASA license acceptable
- Minimum 3,000 total flight hours
- Minimum 1,800 hours on G650
- Previous captain experience on a business jet (preferred)
- Current Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and aviation regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in international flying and adverse weather conditions
- Ability to work in multicultural environment
- Fluent English (application in English required)
