About This Role
Latitude 33 Aviation, a leading San Diego-based private jet charter and aircraft management company, is seeking an experienced Captain for Gulfstream 450 operations based in Carlsbad, CA. The company operates one of the largest and newest fleets of business jets in the U.S., managing over 30 aircraft and specializing in individualized client management programs. Candidates must hold an FAA ATP license with G450 type rating, minimum 5,500 total flight hours, 2,000 turbine PIC hours, and international overwater experience. Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate Gulfstream 450 aircraft on FAA Part 135 charter flights
- Safely fly clients anywhere in the world
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and crew briefings
- Manage crew resource management procedures
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company safety procedures
- Serve as company ambassador to clients
- Complete required paperwork and flight reports
- Participate in ongoing training and mentoring programs

Requirements
- FAA ATP (Airline Transport Pilot) license required
- Gulfstream 450 type rating required
- Minimum 5,500 hours total flight time
- Minimum 2,000 hours multi-engine PIC
- Minimum 2,000 hours turbine PIC
- 500 hours time in type preferred
- Current FAA Class 1 Medical Certificate
- International experience with extended overwater operations required
- No significant accidents, incidents, or enforcements in last 5 years
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Willing to relocate to Greater Southern California/San Diego County area
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
