About This Role
NovaJet, a leading Canadian charter and aircraft management operator, is seeking an experienced Captain to operate a Gulfstream G100 based in Halifax. The company operates across eight Canadian locations with integrated maintenance and flight operations support through its 24/7 Operations Control Center. Candidates must have a minimum of 3500 hours total flight time with 1000 hours of multi-engine PIC and 500 hours jet experience, along with an ATPL-A license and valid Category I medical certificate. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Operate Gulfstream G100 on charter missions
  • Execute safe and efficient flight operations
  • Coordinate with 24/7 Operations Control Center for flight release and trip planning
  • Conduct pre-flight and post-flight procedures
  • Manage real-time operational decision support

Requirements
  • Minimum 3500 hours total flight time
  • Minimum 1000 hours multi-engine PIC
  • Minimum 500 hours jet time
  • Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL-A) preferred
  • Valid Category I medical certificate
  • Group I IFR rating
  • Ability to obtain RAIC security pass
  • Satisfactory criminal record check
  • Ability to obtain approval from United States TSA to initiate training
  • Valid Canadian Passport
  • Aviation diploma/degree an asset
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure
