About This Role
Air Charters Europe, part of the ASL Group, is seeking an experienced ERJ135/145 Captain to join their charter operations fleet. ASL Group is an established operator since 1997 with approximately 200 employees and pilots managing a diverse fleet of 45+ aircraft across 20 different types worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4,000 total flight hours with 1,000 hours PIC on the ERJ135/145 or comparable aircraft, combined with outstanding flying skills and comprehensive knowledge of flight regulations. This position offers good employment conditions, a dynamic working environment, and the opportunity to transport high-status clients on charter flights across Europe with an irregular but predictable work schedule.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct safe flight operations as Captain on ERJ135/145 aircraft
- Perform charter flights and transport high-status clients
- Maintain compliance with all flight regulations
- Collaborate with First Officer and Cabin Crew to ensure excellent customer service
- Demonstrate responsibility for safe flight conduct
- Operate aircraft in irregular work schedules

Requirements
- Valid EASA ATPL (A) license
- ERJ135/145 type rating required
- Minimum 1,000 PIC hours on ERJ135/145 or comparable aircraft
- Minimum 4,000 total flight hours
- Valid Multi-Engine/IR (A) rating
- Multi Crew Coordination (MCC) course completed
- ICAO English Level 4 or higher proficiency
- Current Class 1 Medical Certificate, valid for at least 6 months
- Certificate of good conduct
- Valid passport to work and travel in Europe
- Advanced UPRT training completed
- Knowledge of Dutch and/or French (advantageous)
- Outstanding flying skills and knowledge of flight regulations
- Willing to work irregular hours and travel
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service
