- BC flying experience (asset)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to safety culture
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
- Able to operate as PIC for Dash 8-300 aircraft
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate (implied)
